Hello everyone! My name is Olena. I am 31, I was born in Donetsk, and in 2014 I moved to Kyiv. Now I live in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. I have 2 master degrees: in Accounting and audit, and Management of Organization. Since 2016, I’ve worked as a Senior manager in the best beauty salon in Ukraine “Kika Style”. It was an incredible working experience for me with creative people. I managed strategic financial, and economic activities. Coordinated day-to-day  work of the team, I achieved planned revenue targets, increased retail sales by 35% during the first year, and around 20% on an annual basis after. At the same time, this job had a creative side, I organized maintenance of the Ukrainian Fashion Week, I worked with Ukrainian celebrities. But in 2020 I left this job, because I moved to Ankara. This is where my journey into remote work begins. I opened an online store at the Shopify platform, I studied Internet marketing, different promotion methods, and Facebook Ads as well. I was so captured by targeting, that I wanted to develop in this direction.  In February 2022, I completed course of a targetologist, but unfortunately, the war changed my plans, like many others. But I don’t want to stop on a half-way. I want to learn and develop myself in targeting. I am very responsible person, with analytical mindset. I am excellent at time management. I love working in a team, and I’m able to organize the well coordinated work of the team. I’m not afraid of taking responsibility, so, I’d be glad to be a part  of a great creative team.  Thank you for your attention.
