Hello! My name is Olha. I’m 33 years old. I’m from Kyiv. I’m an International Tourism graduate from Taras Shevchenko University, a master’s degree. My last job was in the sphere of manufacturing. I was an assistant manager and in charge generalist at the same time. My responsibilities included public communication, such as meetings, negotiations, translation, emailing, business correspondence and so on. Another part of my job was searching for candidates and assigning HR interviews. Maintenance of the internal database for candidates and so on. Before that, I worked in the sphere of marketing research. We conducted polls, focus groups, whole tests, home tests, promotions etc. I worked in this sphere for more than 7 years. Currently, I have completed a 3 months course in HR. I see a quite large role for girls in this field. I like to work with people and communicate with them. But same time I like order in my workflow. I can work many hours with databases for example. Of course, like most people nowadays I use the internet and social networks such as Facebook, Instagram. I think it is good not only for private communication but for business too. I have a couple of profiles on different social networks. So I can say that I’m an active user. I constitute myself as a team player. I get along well with people. I think that it’s more productive to work as a solid team to achieve common goals. But at the same time if it’s necessary I can work on my own with a large scope of information and work out solutions. I sincerely believe that I’m a good match for this position. I always make the job done. As I said earlier, I like to work with people and communicate with them. I’m open-minded. I have a passion for excellence and truly committed to produce the best possible results. I can say that I’m 60% humanitarian, but on the other hand, I like to work with numbers. Regarding my workflow, I try to count everything that I can. If I can’t, I’ll do my best to make it countable. Because in this case, I’ll see the most exact result for me. I’m looking for a full-time job. I can say that I want to work with company. I want to gain enough knowledge, skills and experience to become the best department head for example. If we are talking about life goals, my life goal is to find a balance between my job and family. I want to have an interesting job which I love and I want to have calmness in my family. In this case, I think I will be a very happy person. I have 4 life principles which are the most important for me. First of all, to live in the moment. The second one is to do what I enjoy and have a passion for. The third one is always to keep developing, it’s very important for me. And the last one is my favourite, to use my problems as my advantages. The last one is always helping me in my life. Regarding my strength. I think I’m a reliable and dedicated person. I’m result-oriented and always meet deadlines. But at the same time, if we are talking about weaknesses I can say that sometimes I pay too much attention to details. I can double-check everything to make it perfect. Of course, it takes too much time, because there is no limit to perfection. But again, I try always to meet the deadlines. It’s very important to me. I like travelling, snowboarding, and different types of acrobatics to keep myself in a good shape. I like an active way of life. I love this life! And I like animals. I think that’s all!
